VML MAP is seeking a Senior Financial Business Partner to shape the financial future of global brands. This role involves providing strategic financial guidance and support to finance managers and account teams, driving profitability and growth. The Senior Financial Business Partner will be a key player in shaping the financial strategy and performance of global client engagements.
Role Involves:
- Serving as a financial business partner to finance managers.
- Preparing and analyzing customer reporting and financial statements.
- Overseeing customer reporting and financial performance.
- Collaborating with account managers.
- Driving the development and implementation of enhanced reporting processes.
- Managing the accounting function for a designated legal entity.
- Mentoring junior members of the finance team.
- Leading and managing financial projects.
Requirements:
- A relevant financial education (Master's in Finance or Accounting).
- 5+ years of experience as a Controller or Auditor.
- Deep understanding of accounting principles.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting systems.
- Experience with project management methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
