Altera, a member of the N. Harris Computer Corporation family, is seeking an Associate Technical Problem Management Analyst (Incident Manager) to join their team in Pune, Maharashtra, India. This is not a technical support role but an incident management role.

The Associate Technical Problem Management Analyst will be responsible for managing incidents and ensuring timely resolution. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills, as well as a high-level knowledge of incident management best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing incidents from start to finish
  • Ensuring timely resolution of incidents
  • Communicating with stakeholders throughout the incident management process
  • Identifying and resolving root causes of incidents
  • Developing and implementing incident management best practices

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong listening and synthesis skills
  • A high-level knowledge of incident management best practices and systems
  • Decisive problem-solving skills
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage priorities
  • Ability to handle and perform in stressful situations
  • Ability to make quick, confident decisions
  • Previous experience with major incidents (either as a participant or an observer)
  • Willingness to work in 24*7 rotational shifts
