Job Description
Verkada is seeking a Solutions Engineering Manager to lead their Select & Territory Solutions Engineering teams in Austin, Texas. This role is crucial for developing high-performing teams and driving improvements across departments. The position is fully onsite.
Responsibilities include:
- Hiring, developing, and leading inclusive, engaged, and high-performing Solutions Engineering teams.
- Providing technical coaching, mentorship, and problem-solving assistance.
- Identifying gaps and building programs to support the SE team.
- Working cross-functionally to improve communication and collaboration.
- Developing and growing the team’s skillset through coaching and enablement.
Requirements include:
- 3+ years of leadership experience as a technical presales Manager.
- Experience in a cloud and network infrastructure-focused company.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven track record in leading high-performing sales engineering teams.
- Must be based full-time onsite in our Austin office.
