(Associate) Consultant Public Sector / Health (m/w/d)

Job Description

Capgemini Invent is seeking an (Associate) Consultant to drive digital transformation in the public sector and healthcare. The role involves collaborating with clients to develop innovative solutions, leveraging strategic, creative, and scientific capabilities. The consultant will work with healthcare organizations and public administrations, from strategy development to the implementation of modern technologies.

Role Involves:

• Developing sustainable, digital strategies and business models in healthcare.
• Designing business processes and developing customer-oriented products and services.
• Supporting the introduction of modern technologies and shaping the future with data-driven and GenAI solutions.
• Supporting agile transformation projects.
• Developing thought leadership on current trends through network management and publications.

Requirements:

• Initial professional/project experience in digital transformation, care, and customer management, ideally in healthcare.
• Basic knowledge of the structure, tasks, processes, and challenges in healthcare or public administration.
• An outstanding degree, preferably in economics, health sciences, public health, or business informatics.
• Affinity for agile working methods and ideally training in Scrum, PMI, PRINCE2, Design Thinking, etc.
• Enjoyment of combining technological understanding, strategic analysis, and implementation work.
• High reliability, curiosity, team spirit, and fit for a leading management consultancy.
• Excellent presentation and moderation skills, as well as very good MS Office skills.
• Excellent German and English skills.
