Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior Consultant/Manager to drive change through diverse perspectives and innovative transformation consulting. The role focuses on the digitalization of production, from strategy to implementation, specifically concerning Smart Plants. The consultant will collaborate closely with clients to develop forward-looking solutions, informed by science and data, and enhanced by creativity and design.
Role Involves:
- Working on projects focused on the digitalization of production.
- Conceiving, planning, and implementing Smart Plants of the future.
- Expanding expertise in the holistic consideration and implementation of Smart Plants.
- Leading sub-projects in international teams for the successful introduction of Smart Plant technologies.
- Designing, planning, and leading transformation processes using modern project management methods.
- Actively developing innovative consulting approaches and methods to expand the consulting portfolio.
Requirements:
- Professional or project experience in digital production within Manufacturing, Process Industries, and Life Sciences, or consulting.
- An outstanding degree in (Industrial) Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Experience as a (sub-) project manager for complex transformation projects.
- Knowledge and interest in digital, innovative production strategies.
- Knowledge of MES / ERP systems (e.g. SAP DM or comparable) and IoT is desirable.
- Knowledge of common methods such as Business Model Canvas, iOCTEN, or similar.
- Motivation, high reliability, and a strong team spirit.
- Excellent presentation and moderation skills, as well as excellent German and English skills.
