Creditas is seeking a Junior Collection Consultant to join their team in São Paulo, Brazil. Creditas is a financial services platform that offers loans, insurance, and investments. The Negotiation team focuses on post-sales relationships, collections, and customer support.

The Role:
The Junior Collection Consultant will manage a collection portfolio, focusing on early-stage collections for Creditas customers. They will communicate with customers to understand reasons for payment delays and propose solutions. The consultant will also provide customer service via email, phone, chat, and WhatsApp.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a collection portfolio (first phase), performing direct collection to Creditas customers.
- Collect from customers in the auto portfolio, seeking to understand the reason for customer delays in order to propose effective solutions for default.
- Communicate in a personalized, empathetic, consultative, informative and complete manner with customers, seeking to offer the best experience during collection.
- Provide service and clarify any doubts that customers may have about the product and about the process through email, telephone (dialer), chat and WhatsApp.
Requirements:
- Completed high school education.
- Proven professional experience in the Collection area and in the customer journey.
- Proven professional experience with a high volume of processes and demands.
- Knowledge in multiple channels (automatic dialer, email and chat).
- Excellent Portuguese in writing and communication.
- Organization and attention to detail.
- Agility, resilience and ability to work under pressure.
- Analytical view and search for continuous improvement of processes.
- Quick and proactive reasoning to understand and solve problems.
- Availability to work in a hybrid manner at the office located in Morumbi, in São Paulo/SP.
