Mejuri, a fine jewelry brand, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for their Chestnut Hill, Boston location. This role involves supporting all aspects of the store, including operations, customer service, and profitability. The Assistant Store Manager will report to the Store Manager and will be second in command, driving growth and achieving KPIs.
Responsibilities: - Support the development of store business strategies.
- Maximize results and achievement of KPIs.
- Drive business through clienteling and customer relationships.
- Improve sales performance through coaching and training.
- Support in-store marketing and promotional initiatives.
- Assist in coaching and developing a high-performing team.
- Participate in new hire onboarding and training.
- Support maintenance of visual and operational standards.
Requirements: - Experience as a leader in retail, sales, or customer service.
