Mejuri is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for their Yorkdale, Toronto location. This role involves supporting all aspects of the store, including operations, customer service, and profitability. The Assistant Store Manager will work closely with the Store Manager to drive growth, achieve KPIs, and provide an exceptional customer experience. Mejuri is a fine jewelry brand redefining luxury, with a focus on empowering women.
Role involves:
- Supporting the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations
- Driving customer service excellence and sales
- Coaching and developing the store team
- Assisting with talent acquisition and development
- Maintaining visual and operational standards
Requirements:
- Experience as a leader in retail, sales, or customer service
