Job Description
Mejuri is seeking a Store Manager for their Kierland Commons location in Scottsdale. The Store Manager will be a charismatic leader responsible for driving growth and awareness of Mejuri in the store and market. They will lead by example, build motivation, and create an engaging and inclusive environment that demonstrates the Mejuri values. The Store Manager will manage all aspects of profit, people, and process within the store, partnering with various departments to exceed targets.
Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue and exceed targets.
- Manage store spend and minimize costs.
- Analyze business results and create strategic plans.
- Mitigate risk and protect assets.
- Ensure the right people are in the right positions.
- Participate in talent sourcing, assessment, and onboarding.
- Build healthy relationships and a positive work environment.
- Lead by example in providing excellent customer experience.
- Act as an ambassador of Mejuri's culture and values.
- Identify marketing opportunities and community engagement.
- Provide day-to-day support to the store team.
Requirements:
- Experience in a high-volume retail store.
- Understanding of the local market.
- Financial management experience.
- Exceptional leadership capabilities.
- Demonstrated understanding of service excellence.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Deep local knowledge and awareness of retail trends.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
