Job Description
Mejuri, a fine jewelry brand, is seeking a part-time Stylist to join their team in Boston. The Stylist will be the first point of contact for customers, creating a welcoming and personalized shopping experience. They will educate customers on products, inspire them to try new styles, and represent Mejuri's brand vision and values.
What this role involves:
- Delivering customer service through personalized styling experiences.
- Driving sales and meeting performance metrics.
- Educating customers on Mejuri’s brand story and products.
- Assisting in transactions and OMNI business services.
- Maintaining store appearance and inventory.
- Identifying areas of opportunity to drive the business forward.
Requirements:
- Ability to connect with customers in an authentic and warm way.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to learn and retain product knowledge.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet and exceed key performance indicators.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods.
- History of contributing to a positive team environment.
- Must have open availability Friday through Sunday and be available minimum one weekday or weeknight
- Must be available to work during special event periods including Black Friday and Boxing Day
