Job Description
Mejuri is seeking a part-time Retail Stylist to join their team in Austin. The Stylist will be the first point of contact for customers, creating a warm and inviting experience. They will educate customers on products, inspire them to try new things, and act as a role model for Mejuri's brand vision and values.
Role Involves:
- Delivering customer service through personalized styling experiences.
- Driving sales and meeting performance metrics.
- Educating customers on Mejuri’s brand story and products.
- Maintaining store appearance and inventory.
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Ability to connect with customers in an authentic and warm way.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to learn and retain product knowledge.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet and exceed key performance indicators.
- Attention to detail and organized working style.
- Ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods.
- History of contributing to a positive team environment.
- Open availability Friday through Sunday and minimum one weekday or weeknight
