Job Description
Harbor is seeking a Client Lead Manager to join their Vendor Governance and Sourcing (VG + S) team. This role is based in the London area, UK, and offers remote/hybrid work options. The Client Lead Manager will be responsible for supporting and managing all aspects of projects, including guiding internal resources, facilitating requirements, and conducting data analysis. They will also support engagement financials, practice operations, and business development efforts. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills, business acumen, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Support and manage all aspects of projects
  • Facilitate requirements gathering and conduct data analysis
  • Train and mentor junior team members
  • Implement identified opportunities alongside client senior management
  • Support engagement financials and business development
  • Provide service excellence by identifying key client business issues
  • Develop recommendations for clients and implement change
  • Work directly with client management and executives
  • Work with third-party vendors on commercial and contract negotiations
  • Project manage and facilitate the end-to-end contract review process
  • Ensure high-quality delivery and provide content leadership
  • Develop new intellectual capital
  • Promote firm development by identifying new clients and business opportunities

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Supply Chain, or Management Information Systems
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in industry or consulting
  • Strong focus on strategic sourcing, process improvement, project management, and/or financial analysis
  • Ability to think strategically and identify critical business issues
  • Exceptional analytic skills and experience conducting quantitative and qualitative data analysis
  • Exceptional business acumen, presence, and interpersonal/communication skills
