Arkose Labs, recognized as a leader in bot detection and mitigation, is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager. This role involves owning strategic relationships with top customers, driving adoption, retention, and growth through technical guidance and business value delivery. The Senior Customer Success Manager will lead discovery conversations, guide solution implementation, and act as a trusted advisor, balancing technical understanding with executive presence.
Role Involves:
- Serving as the strategic partner and primary point of contact for enterprise customers.
- Leading technical discovery and intake calls independently.
- Guiding customers through implementation, optimization, and best practices.
- Managing executive relationships and influencing stakeholders.
- Ensuring alignment with customer goals and proactively mitigating churn risk.
- Identifying and pursuing expansion opportunities in collaboration with sales.
- Delivering insights and communicating value through reporting and consultation.
- Leveraging industry knowledge to tailor guidance to customer needs.
Requirements:
- 8+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of web applications, cloud infrastructure, and modern development stacks (HTML, JavaScript, APIs).
- Ability to confidently lead technical conversations and troubleshoot issues.
- Executive presence with excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Background in SaaS, cybersecurity, or financial services is a plus.
