The role involves:
- Scaling the engineering organization from 15 to 50+ engineers.
- Designing and implementing team structures and communication channels.
- Creating and optimizing processes for sprint planning and project management.
- Implementing performance review systems and career development frameworks.

- Managing engineering budgets and headcount planning.
- Partnering with leadership to align engineering capacity with business objectives.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in engineering leadership roles.
- Experience scaling engineering teams in high-growth technology companies.
- Strong track record of implementing engineering processes and operational improvements.
- Expertise in performance management and compensation planning.
