KBRA Credit Profile (KCP) - CMBS Analyst

Job Description

KBRA Analytics, LLC is seeking a CMBS Analyst to monitor the credit performance of CMBS transactions. The analyst will be based in KBRA's Dresher, PA office. This role involves ongoing monitoring of credit performance, detailed cash flow analysis, and deriving valuations for commercial real estate properties.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the credit performance of CMBS transactions.
• Review and assess commercial real estate loan and property performance.
• Perform detailed cash flow analysis for CRE properties.
• Derive valuations for the largest assets within each transaction.
• Maintain monthly surveillance on a portfolio of CMBS transactions.
• Prepare and present analysis to peers and management.
• Contribute towards monthly, weekly, and topical research pieces.

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of experience in commercial real estate or CMBS preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or real estate.
• Passion for real estate and analytics.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Working knowledge of CREFC IRP and Trepp a plus.
