Job Description
Innovaccer is seeking a Software Development Engineer-I (AI) to join their team in Noida. The ideal candidate will leverage healthcare data to build algorithms that personalize treatments based on patients' clinical and behavioral history. This role involves building agents for the platform, automating areas around support engineering and data engineering.
Role involves:
- Designing and leading the development of AI initiatives to improve patient health and wellness.
- Working with business leaders and customers to understand their pain-points and build large-scale solutions.
- Breaking down complex business problems into machine learning problems and designing solution workflows.
- Collaborating with the data platform team to integrate agent capabilities or algorithms.
- Building tools for repeatable data tasks to accelerate and automate the development cycle.
Requirements:
- Preferably a Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Software Engineering, with experience in building APIs.
- Familiarity with Prompt Engineering and working experience in fine tuning LLMs
- Hands-on experience with Multi-Agent Systems with Frameworks like CrewAI/Langchain/Autogen.
- Hands-on experience with Vector Databases such as ChromaDB, FAISS etc.
- Experience in Reinforcement learning (RL), specially for autonomous agents.
- Working experience with Embedding models and RAG design.
- Strong hands-on experience in Python, building enterprise applications with optimization techniques and API integrations (Fast API/Django).
- Experience with at least one ML platform from Databricks, Azure ML, or Sagemaker.
- Comfortable with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS cloud technologies, Snowflake, and experience in Healthcare (Good to have).
