Job Description
OneTrust is seeking a Senior Counsel, Labor & Employment to provide advice and counseling to the People team on employment relations matters across the EMEA and APAC regions. This role involves handling employment-related disputes, managing outside counsel, and liaising with key stakeholders across various functions. The Senior Counsel will also evaluate and scale employment practices and policies, draft employment-related agreements, conduct audits, and develop training programs.

Requirements:
  • Fluent in English
  • Minimum of 8 years of employment law experience
  • Attorney licensure in good standing (Lawyer’s Professional Title and member of a Spanish Bar Association)
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Thoughtful, business-minded approach to providing legal counsel
