Job Description
OneTrust is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth. This role is designed for recent graduates and individuals with less than a year of sales experience. The SDR will convert interested prospects into qualified leads for Account Executives, measured by high-volume activity, speed to lead, and KPI achievement.
- Proactively engage qualified leads from inbound campaigns
- Conduct thorough research to understand prospect needs
- Communicate the value proposition of OneTrust's solutions
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Collaborate with other OneTrust teams
- At least one year of sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
