Forward Deployed Engineer II

Job Description

Invisible Technologies is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer II to support the day-to-day operations of Invisible deployments. The Forward Deployed Engineer will work with Solution Architects and other Forward Deployed Software Engineers to understand customer problems and design workflows to solve them. They will identify workflow optimizations and maintain and improve existing workflows to support customer outcomes. Invisible is an AI training and scaling partner for leading foundation model providers, enterprises, and governments.Role involves:

• Working with Solution Architects to understand customer problems.
• Designing workflows to solve customer problems.
• Identifying workflow optimizations.
• Responding to and triaging incoming support requests.
• Maintaining and improving existing workflows.

Requirements:

• Strong engineering background (Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field OR equivalent professional experience).
• Proficiency with one or more programming languages (Python, Typescript/JavaScript, or similar).
• Familiarity with data engineering frameworks (SQL/NoSQL).
