Analista de FP&A Sênior (Opex)

XP Inc., a major independent financial institution in Brazil, is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst (Opex) to join their Financial Planning team in São Paulo. This role involves managing the corporate budget and overseeing the company's expenses, with a focus on efficiency.

The Senior FP&A Analyst will play a crucial role in orchestrating the company's expense budget, managing weekly forecasts, driving efficiency plans, and ensuring alignment between managerial and accounting views. They will also contribute to automating FP&A processes.

Responsibilities:

• Orchestrating the company's expense budget.
• Managing weekly forecasts with high accuracy.
• Managing and seeking new efficiency plans with unit CFOs.
• Building the realized view of management reconciled with the accounting view.
• Leading projects to automate XP's Expense FP&A process.

Requirements:

• Experience in FP&A Expenses.
• Knowledge of forecast processes and efficiency plan management.
• Experience in SAP and advanced Excel.
• Experience with tools like Think cell, Anaplan, or similar (preferred).
