Staff Technical Program Manager

Convera is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to lead critical and strategic technical programs. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving the success of FX payments initiatives globally.

Role involves:

• Leading and overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex global technical programs.
• Providing strategic direction and technical guidance.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, compliance, and operations.
• Identifying and mitigating risks associated with technical programs.
• Developing and maintaining strong communication channels with stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in technical program management.
• Proven success in leading and delivering large-scale, complex technical programs on a global scale.
• In-depth understanding of FX payments technology.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
