Job Description
Auctane is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive user adoption of ShipStation. This hybrid role, based in Austin, TX, involves clear communication with prospective users, assisting them throughout the trial process, and demonstrating the value of ShipStation. The Inside Sales Representative will interact with Sales, Marketing, and Support teams, advocating for customer needs and future product enhancements.
Responsibilities:
- Assess needs and interests of new trial merchants.
- Close deals by overcoming objections.
- Maintain relationships throughout the trial period.
- Collaborate with peers and other departments.
- Keep detailed records of sales activities.
- Use sales automation tools and CRM software.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (a plus).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of SaaS sales experience.
- Track record of over-achieving sales goals.
- Tenacity to make high volumes of calls.
- Excellent telephone and personal demeanor.
- Strong ability to work cooperatively on a team.
- Effective listening and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to describe products and match their advantages to customer needs.
