Job Description
E2open is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to join their team and play a key role in implementing supply chain solutions for clients. The Senior Solution Architect will collaborate with experienced colleagues to manage the design from initial workshops to go-live, ensuring customer satisfaction and measurable business value. This role involves understanding customer business processes, leading design workshops, and defining integration architecture.

Responsibilities:
  • Understand and connect customers’ existing business processes and technology to propose the e2open solution
  • Conduct and lead business and technical design workshops
  • Synthesize customer’s business requirements to create clear and comprehensive use cases
  • Define the overall integration architecture between different customer systems and the e2open stack
  • Support program directors to manage scope against contract
  • Perform fit gap analysis between e2open cloud product functionality and the client’s requirements
  • Be a leader on a team of technical and business analysts and engineers
  • Capture and share best practice knowledge among e2open Professional Services community
  • Champion more than one business product area
  • Ensure the designed solution is translated and implemented
  • Liaise with different Product Stakeholders in shaping the Product Roadmap
  • Effort analysis and estimate the implementation effort

Requirements:
  • 2-4 years as a Solution Architect or 5-7 years working in Supply Chain-related or SaaS-related field
  • Experience in ERP System Integrations
  • Understanding of Supply Chain Management practices and knowledge of Supply Chain strategies and industry best practices
  • Familiarity with SAP, Oracle and/or other ERP systems
  • Good technological proficiency (data science, SQL)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field, Master’s degree a plus
  • Previous experience implementing software using a software development lifecycle (SDLC) implementation model
  • Excellent English communication (oral, written, presentation) and interpersonal skills
