Job Description
impact.com is seeking a Director of GTM Strategy and Analytics to lead a high-performing team and drive the company's go-to-market strategy. This role involves visionary leadership, mentorship, and leveraging data analytics to inform strategic decision-making. The Director will collaborate with Sales, Channel Partnerships, Customer Success, and Marketing to achieve aggressive growth targets.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide inspirational leadership to the Revenue Operations (RevOps) team.
  • Mentor and coach RevOps team members for professional and personal growth.
  • Strategically allocate budget, manpower, and technology resources.
  • Lead efforts in recruiting top talent for the Revenue Operations team.
  • Develop and implement succession plans.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to establish clear revenue targets.
  • Work closely with GTM teams to distribute annual budgets effectively.
  • Collaborate with GTM departments to articulate bi-annual Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
  • Supervise the coordination and execution of recurrent meetings.
  • Project manage key initiatives and strategic projects for the sales team.
  • Partner with FP&A to oversee data collection and aggregation.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports to senior leadership.
  • Analyze data to extract meaningful insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Work closely with Sales leadership to analyze, recommend and define GTM roles.
  • Communicate complex analytical findings and strategic recommendations.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of management experience in GTM, Rev Ops, or Finance.
  • Specific expertise in strategy, analytics, and operations in a high-growth environment.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Quick ability to learn new and potentially technical topics.
  • Proficiency in creating executive-level performance reports and real-time dashboards.
  • Strong understanding of revenue operations principles.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
