Job Description
impact.com is seeking a Director of GTM Strategy and Analytics to lead a high-performing team and drive the company's go-to-market strategy. This role involves visionary leadership, mentorship, and leveraging data analytics to inform strategic decision-making. The Director will collaborate with Sales, Channel Partnerships, Customer Success, and Marketing to achieve aggressive growth targets.
Responsibilities:
- Provide inspirational leadership to the Revenue Operations (RevOps) team.
- Mentor and coach RevOps team members for professional and personal growth.
- Strategically allocate budget, manpower, and technology resources.
- Lead efforts in recruiting top talent for the Revenue Operations team.
- Develop and implement succession plans.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to establish clear revenue targets.
- Work closely with GTM teams to distribute annual budgets effectively.
- Collaborate with GTM departments to articulate bi-annual Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
- Supervise the coordination and execution of recurrent meetings.
- Project manage key initiatives and strategic projects for the sales team.
- Partner with FP&A to oversee data collection and aggregation.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports to senior leadership.
- Analyze data to extract meaningful insights and strategic recommendations.
- Work closely with Sales leadership to analyze, recommend and define GTM roles.
- Communicate complex analytical findings and strategic recommendations.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of management experience in GTM, Rev Ops, or Finance.
- Specific expertise in strategy, analytics, and operations in a high-growth environment.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Quick ability to learn new and potentially technical topics.
- Proficiency in creating executive-level performance reports and real-time dashboards.
- Strong understanding of revenue operations principles.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
