Job Description
interface.ai is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the Nexus product, an AI assistant for financial institution employees. This role involves defining the product strategy and roadmap for Nexus, focusing on real-time agent support, knowledge access, and transaction co-piloting. The Principal Product Manager will design interfaces for human-AI collaboration, build unified employee experiences across different roles, and deepen the AI and knowledge engine. They will also lead the development of admin and content management tools and ensure seamless integration across core systems.
Role involves:
- Leading product strategy and roadmap for Nexus.
- Building human-in-the-loop AI assistants.
- Creating unified employee experiences.
- Deepening the AI and knowledge engine.
- Building robust admin & content management tools.
- Integrating seamlessly across core systems.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in product management, with experience building enterprise platforms or AI-powered internal tools.
- Experience with B2B - Enterprise SAAS, productivity tools, decision-support systems, or intelligent assistants.
- Background in software engineering, ML, or systems architecture.
- Deep understanding of cross-functional workflows in contact centers, sales ops, or service operations.
- Demonstrated ability to own complex product areas from inception to large-scale deployment.
