Principal Product Manager, Platform

Job Description

Interface.ai, a leading AI provider for banks and credit unions, is seeking a Principal Product Manager - Platforms. This role involves owning the vision, roadmap, and execution for the Interface Self-Service Platform and the Core Agentic AI Platform. The Principal Product Manager will impact every customer, internal team, and product line by building and evolving core AI platforms, tools, and orchestration engines. The role involves:

• Defining the Platform Vision and Roadmap
• Building for Configurability and Reuse
• Scaling the Agentic Core
• Developing Internal Tooling and Governance
• Enabling Product-Led Growth Across Products
• Driving Cross-Team Alignment and Adoption

Requirements for this role include:

• 5+ years in product management, including experience in platform, AI, or developer product teams.
• Prior background in engineering (3-4 years of experience and formal CS degree).
• Deep understanding of enterprise SaaS architectures, config-driven systems, and platform abstractions.
• Experience owning multi-tenant platforms with internal tools, admin dashboards, or governance workflows.
• Comfort working across engineering, design, research, and customer teams-translating deep technical requirements into clear product outcomes.
• Skill in using prompt engineering techniques to enhance productivity, drive efficiency, and decision-making with generative AI tools.
