Program Manager - Sales Systems, Tools, and Processes at Lucid Motors

Lucid Motors is seeking a Program Manager to lead the optimization and automation of sales systems, tools, and processes for their European Sales team. The role focuses on improving efficiency and effectiveness through project management, process improvements, and data-driven insights.

The Program Manager will partner with Sales, IT, and other departments to streamline processes, enhance customer experience, and ensure accurate reporting and analytics, ultimately driving the achievement of aggressive sales and delivery targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic support and direction for the European Sales & Delivery, Sales Operations and Enablement departments.
• Lead sales process and system optimization initiatives.
• Perform business analysis to identify and solve abnormalities.
• Manage projects to improve data accuracy for reporting and analytics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize Sales and customer needs and implement solutions.
• Drive cross-functional alignment, track milestones, and manage risks for timely project delivery.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support business partners on ad-hoc initiatives.
• Maintain strong relationships with teams including Sales Operations, Marketing, Finance, IT, and others.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management.
• BS/MS in Engineering, IT, or quantitative Business fields.
• Strong Salesforce experience with project management skills.
• Proven track record managing complex projects and driving improvements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred:

• Salesforce Admin/Dev certification.
• PMP or Agile experience.
• Experience in the automotive or technology industry.
