Job Description
Ebury is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join their Partnerships Sales Team in London. This role focuses on driving growth in Ebury's indirect business, specifically through their white-label solution. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and expanding Ebury's network of partners who utilize the white-label offering to deliver capabilities to their clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify, prioritise, and recruit new partners.
  • On-board new partners across Financial Institutions, Professional Services, Real Estate companies, and more.
  • Report on progress against plan, ensuring that agreed targets are met.
  • Expand existing business and provide feedback to technology and product managers.
  • Support Ebury's client relationship/servicing culture.

Requirements:
  • 2-3+ years sales and/or partner management experience in a B2B financial services organisation.
  • Experience working with FX companies to originate strategic partnerships with affiliates and introducers.
  • Ideally experience with a network of affiliates, such as Real Estate companies and Law Firms.
  • Ideally with a business/finance academic background.
  • Proven ability of bringing passion, energy and motivation to a sales organisation.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and market share goals.
  • Comfortable with a phone sales approach.
  • First-class communication skills.
  • Skilled negotiator.
  • Detail oriented, organised, self-starter.
