Job Description
Ebury is seeking a Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Specialist to join its IT and Business Resilience Team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the governance, operationalization, and reporting of the Outsourcing and TPRM function at Ebury. This role involves coordinating TPRM lifecycle activities, managing reporting requirements, ensuring alignment with other risk management areas, and serving as the point of contact for internal and external auditors. The candidate will continuously improve the framework to ensure it fits Ebury's purpose while aligning with regulatory requirements.
Role Involves:
- Leading Ebury’s Outsourcing and TPRM framework.
- Coordinating TPRM lifecycle activities.
- Managing reporting requirements to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensuring alignment with other risk management areas.
- Serving as the point of contact for internal and external auditors.
- Continuously improving the framework.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a 2nd line of defence risk management function covering TPRM and/or IT risk management.
- University degree preferred in business, IT, finance, or law.
- Knowledge of financial services regulatory requirements applicable to TPRM (FCA, EBA, NBB) and understanding of DORA.
- Good understanding of other areas of non-financial risk management.
- Practical experience with GRC tools (OneTrust is a plus).
- Strong analytical, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- English professional proficiency (minimum C1).
