ClinChoice is seeking a Business Development Director in Italy. This role involves selling full CRO services, lead generation, opportunity assessment, and growing accounts. The ideal candidate will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and develop actionable account plans. They will also contribute to refining the company's business development approach and work to exceed revenue targets.

Requirements include 6+ years of sales and account management experience selling, previous experience selling CRO full services, and an established network in the life-sciences industry. A BA, MBA, or equivalent experience is required.
