ClinChoice is seeking a Business Development Director to join their team in the Nordics. This role is responsible for generating new leads and securing new business from pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and consumer health companies. Responsibilities: - Identify, assess, and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key decision makers.
- Develop account plans based on client's business challenges.
- Contribute to the refinement of the company's business development approach.
- Exceed revenue targets.
Requirements: - 6+ years of sales and account management experience.
- Previous experience selling CRO full services.
- Established network of decision-makers in the life-sciences industry.
- Experience selling to senior management and C-level stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Persuasive presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret business challenges and present solutions.
- Deadline-driven with ability to manage multiple engagements.
- Positive employer and client references.
- BA, MBA, or equivalent experience.
