ClinChoice, a global full-service CRO, is seeking a Business Development Director in the Nordics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads and securing new business from pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and consumer health companies. This role requires prior experience selling full CRO services.He/She will play a crucial role in lead generation, opportunity assessment, creating new accounts, and growing existing accounts. The Business Development Director will contribute to the company's growth objectives by exceeding revenue targets and refining the business development approach.Responsibilities:
  • Identify, assess, and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Develop actionable account plans based on client's business challenges.
  • Contribute to refining the company's business development approach.
  • Exceed revenue targets aligned with company growth objectives.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of sales and account management experience.
  • Previous experience selling CRO full services (mandatory).
  • Established network of decision-makers in the life-sciences industry.
  • Experience selling to and building relationships with senior management.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing complex deals.
  • Persuasive presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret business challenges and present high-level solutions.
  • Deadline-driven with ability to manage multiple engagements.
  • BA, MBA, or equivalent experience.
