Job Description
Via is seeking a Tech Ops Program Manager to join their team. This role is responsible for overseeing Via’s delivery from inception to completion. The Program Manager will plan and manage all engineering projects, implement best practices, and ensure projects are delivered on time and meet requirements. They will collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, QA, and other teams.
What this role involves:
- Working closely with tech leads, software engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
- Introducing and implementing engineering and product best practices.
- Managing the engineering team's priorities.
- Setting project schedules and ensuring on-time completion.
- Identifying potential issues and communicating them to stakeholders.
- Leading technical programs and cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in program/project management from a SaaS company or large companies.
- Extraordinary communicator with the ability to work with everyone in the company.
- Can-do attitude and able to solve real-time issues.
- Tech-savvy with great analytical skills.
- High familiarity with the software development life cycle.
- Able to initiate and lead a project from scratch to completion.
- Multitasker, highly organized, and able to prioritize.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- Fluent in English.
