Groupon is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst to oversee monthly payroll processes for selected countries in EMEA and North America. The role ensures accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in payroll processing, collaborating with third-party providers and internal teams. Role involves:
- Overseeing end-to-end monthly payroll processes.
- Acting as a backup payroll owner for additional countries.
- Verifying data accuracy between HRIS and payroll platforms.
- Collaborating with HR, Finance, and Legal teams.
- Leading payroll-related projects and system implementations.
- Maintaining comprehensive payroll documentation.
- Reporting payroll liabilities to authorities.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of payroll operations experience.
- Experience handling EMEA and/or US payroll processes.
- Proficiency in payroll systems and HRIS platforms.
- Strong understanding of payroll regulations in US and/or EMEA countries.
- Experience leading payroll projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently.
