Manager, Site Start Up

Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Manager, Site Start Up. The Manager will oversee the day-to-day activities of Site Start-up (SSU) personnel, ensuring adherence to SOPs, regulatory directives, and study-specific plans. The role involves effective resourcing, personnel development, and leading site start-up project delivery. The Manager will coordinate inter-departmental and client communication and help resolve administrative, personnel, and project issues.

The role involves:

• Developing, mentoring, managing, and coaching SSU personnel.
• Maintaining routine 1:1 meetings with SSU personnel.
• Ensuring SSU personnel work to the highest quality standards.
• Contributing to the development of training plans.
• Participating in the interview process for new SSU personnel.
• Managing FTE allocation per project.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years in clinical research with extensive Site Start-up experience.
• Leadership experience or proven competencies for the position.
• Demonstrated knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines.
• Competence in people management.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Products and clinical software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
