Job Description

QuartzBio is seeking a Business Analyst Manager to guide strategic decision-making through business intelligence and data analysis. The Business Analyst Manager will work across teams to identify Business intelligence product scope opportunities and drive the development of scalable Business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will bring analytical expertise, data analysis skills, and a strong understanding of Business intelligence technologies.Role involves:

• Managing business intelligence product requests.
• Decomposing product requirements into features and user stories.
• Collaborating with product leads to define release scopes and develop product roadmaps.
• Conducting backend data pipeline analysis.
• Translating complex problems into structured analyses.
• Leading product grooming sessions with stakeholders.
• Partnering with engineering teams during sprint demos.
• Driving adoption of business intelligence and semantic layers.
• Identifying opportunities to leverage generative AI.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant work experience in Business and technical analysis related to Business intelligence.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Analytics, or BI roles.
• 4-6 years of experience working in a customer-facing role and leading projects.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL/MySQL, data visualization tools, and data modeling concepts.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
