RD Station, a leading technology company in marketing and sales solutions in Brazil, is seeking a Customer Support Analyst to join their Customer Success team. This role is exclusively for people with disabilities. The Customer Support Analyst will play a crucial role in empowering clients and partners in their journey of predictable growth. They will be the front line of support for all RD Station clients, resolving complex problems for small and medium-sized businesses in Brazil.

The Customer Support Analyst will act as a multi-channel, multi-product relationship manager with strong customer service skills, demonstrating empathy, patience, and resilience. They will work within a proactive team that enjoys solving problems and communicating effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide reactive multi-channel (email and chat) and multi-product (RDSM and RD CRM) support
  • Ensure high-quality, empathetic support that empowers clients
  • Participate in team activities and contribute to the development of peers
  • Propose and implement improvements to enhance the area's mission
  • Identify gaps in strategy and recommend aligned products to clients

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service and technical support for platform usage
  • Experience with situations requiring logical reasoning and investigative thinking
  • Experience with multi-channel support (chat and email)
  • Ability to assimilate a high volume of information and perform multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Genuine interest in customer experience
