Job Description

KRAFTON is seeking a Global HR Manager to join their Global HR Planning team. This team monitors and guides the HR operations of overseas subsidiaries and legal entities to ensure alignment with the company's strategic direction. The Global HR Manager will support and guide overseas HR teams in understanding and implementing KRAFTON's philosophy and principles. This role involves close collaboration with domestic and international HR personnel, as well as business leaders, to ensure the effective execution of KRAFTON's talent strategy.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting overseas HR teams with HQ guidelines
• Collaborating with various departments to implement talent strategies
• Ensuring alignment of overseas HR operations with KRAFTON's philosophy

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Experience in co-working with overseas HR personnel
• Understanding of the HR full cycle (recruiting, evaluation, compensation, termination, payroll, etc.)
• Ability to travel overseas without restrictions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a Global MNC
• Experience in Global Mobility
