Job Description
Cabify is seeking a Global Head of Business Strategy & Growth to drive its user-centric business strategy and growth initiatives. This role is based in Madrid and offers a hybrid/remote work model.

The Global Head of Business Strategy & Growth will be responsible for:
  • Leading and orchestrating the global business strategy focused on users.
  • Defining and implementing the growth strategy for the user base.
  • Ensuring the end-to-end customer experience, both online and offline.
  • Analyzing data to identify key insights and new growth opportunities.
  • Aligning the global strategy with each market to meet business objectives.
  • Managing the global P&L and performance against key financial KPIs.
  • Designing business cases and analyzing the ROI of strategic initiatives.
  • Defining the strategic vision with key stakeholders.

Cabify is looking for someone who has:
  • Strong alignment with their principles and values.
  • A degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in business strategy, growth marketing, entrepreneurship, consulting, or operations.
  • Leadership skills and strategic thinking.
  • Solid analytical experience applied to solving business problems.
  • Detail-oriented, solution-oriented, with a hands-on attitude.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change.
  • Collaborative spirit and practical approach to working with global teams.
