What this role involves:
- Adhering to support processes and understanding customer issues.

Requirements:

- 0-2 years of technical experience, preferably in application support within a SAAS organization.
- Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management tools (e.g., Zendesk, Jira Service Management).
- Basic skills in time management, attention to detail, and clear communication.
