Behavox is seeking an Associate Technical Support Specialist to join their team in Montreal. What this role involves:
  • Adhering to support processes and understanding customer issues.

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of technical experience, preferably in application support within a SAAS organization.
  • Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management tools (e.g., Zendesk, Jira Service Management).
  • Basic skills in time management, attention to detail, and clear communication.
  • Problem-solving skills and curiosity.
