The role involves managing judicial and arbitration disputes related to the financial and capital markets, focusing on protecting the company's interests and reputation. The analyst will support strategic legal proceedings, assist in preparing legal documents, and collaborate with internal teams and partner law firms. Role involves:

• Supporting the management of judicial and arbitration disputes.
• Assisting in obtaining information and preparing legal documents.
• Interfacing with partner law firms.
• Collaborating with internal areas for defense structuring.

Requirements:

• Graduation in Law and registration with the OAB.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a lawyer.
• Experience with civil litigation in a law firm.
• Analytical skills, business acumen, and good communication.
• Living in São Paulo.
