Job Description
AlphaSense is seeking an Account Manager, Financial Services to cultivate strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders, retaining and growing the customer base. The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for financial clients, addressing inquiries, providing relationship updates, and leading renewal discussions. This role involves collaborating with account executives to identify new business opportunities and expand AlphaSense's footprint within client accounts. The Account Manager also gathers client insights to inform product, marketing, and sales strategies.
- Forecast and maximize retention rate
- Increase adoption of AlphaSense solutions
