Zscaler, a leading cloud security company, is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager to lead executive engagement programs and support marketing initiatives for the South and LATAM regions. This role involves developing and executing executive engagement programs, partnering with regional teams, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver cohesive go-to-market programs. The Regional Marketing Manager will utilize tools like SFDC and Tableau to refine targeting and measure effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Developing, executing, and optimizing executive engagement programs
- Partnering with regional sales and marketing teams
- Collaborating cross-functionally with corporate marketing, communications, and product teams
- Utilizing tools like SFDC, Tableau, and intent data
- Measuring and reporting program effectiveness, pipeline contribution, account engagement, and ROI
Requirements:
- 6+ years of high-tech B2B marketing experience
- Proven track record of running executive-level engagement programs
- Experience measuring ROI and communicating results
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Willingness to travel approximately 25%
