This role involves managing Regional Sales Directors and Account Executives, developing pipeline strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.   • Leading and coaching a team of Regional Sales Directors and Account Executives to achieve revenue goals.
  • Developing and executing outbound pipeline strategies and sales programs.
  • Partnering with Product Marketing, Product Management, and Demand Generation.
  • Engaging with partners to identify opportunities.
  • Monitoring team performance and identifying training opportunities.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling sales teams.
  • Expertise in sales methodologies and territory planning.
