- Leading and coaching a team of Regional Sales Directors and Account Executives to achieve revenue goals.
- Developing and executing outbound pipeline strategies and sales programs.
- Partnering with Product Marketing, Product Management, and Demand Generation.
- Engaging with partners to identify opportunities.
- Monitoring team performance and identifying training opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 10+ years of sales leadership experience.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling sales teams.
- Expertise in sales methodologies and territory planning.
