Job Description
Zscaler is seeking a People Operations Specialist to join their People Services team. This role is based in their Costa Rica office on a hybrid basis. The People Operations Specialist will report to the Manager, People Services.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing the onboarding of new employees and throughout the employee life-cycle regarding benefit enrolment including leavers and off-cycle qualifying life events
- Helping manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employee records management, transfers, promotions, and off-boarding
- Administering time off, leave of absence, and payroll inputs based on statutory requirements
- Collaborating with all partners to roll out annual benefits enrollment
- Responding to and action employee requests related to HR policies, benefits, and general HR matters and resolving issues within the defined Service level agreement
Requirements:
- 4+ years experience with HR Benefits programs
- HR Knowledge i.e. employment/labour laws and benefit offerings for Americas
- Familiarity with HRIS, payroll and benefits software systems
- Experience in a fast-growing technology organization or SaaS product delivery organization
