Job Description
Zscaler is seeking a Benefits Operations Specialist to join their People Services team. This role is based in a hybrid capacity at the Costa Rica office. The Benefits Operations Specialist will collaborate with stakeholders on annual benefits enrollment, administer benefit enrollment throughout the employee lifecycle, and address employee inquiries. The individual will ensure SLA adherence for vendor invoices, process payroll reports, and update benefits related to salary changes. They will also manage insurance claims for sick leave and administer non-insured benefit programs.
Role involves:
- Collaborating with stakeholders for annual benefits enrollment.
- Administering benefit enrollment throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Responding to employee questions and resolving issues.
- Ensuring SLA adherence for vendor invoices.
- Processing payroll reports accurately and on time.
- Managing insurance claims for sick leave.
- Driving quarterly headcount audits with benefit providers.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of HR benefits program operations experience.
- Strong knowledge of payroll and benefits software.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to make sound decisions independently.
