Job Description
Oportun is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Member Loyalty Representative to create a rewarding member service experience. The representative will be responsible for listening, helping, and connecting with people in stores and communities. They will educate members and communities about Oportun’s inclusive, affordable financial services.Role involves:
- Welcoming members and providing quality service.
- Processing transactions and following company policies.
- Informing and educating potential members about Oportun’s services through outreach efforts.
- Building relationships with local businesses.
- Supporting community outreach and marketing events.
- Performing light housekeeping duties.
Requirements:
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Must be outgoing, sales-focused, and enjoy speaking with people.
- Must love to help members through outreach and educational activities.
- Must be available to work weekends and be flexible with a rotating work schedule.
- Must have regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.
- Must be willing and able to work outdoors year-round.
- Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate office equipment.
- Ability to organize and file paper documents.
