Job Description
Oportun is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Member Loyalty Representative in Dallas, TX. This role focuses on creating a rewarding member service experience by listening, helping, and connecting with people. The representative will educate members and communities about Oportun’s financial services.
Role Involves:
- Welcoming members and providing quality service.
- Processing transactions and protecting member information.
- Informing potential members about Oportun’s services through outreach.
- Building relationships with local businesses.
- Supporting community outreach and marketing events.
- Performing light housekeeping duties.
- Using a computer for administrative tasks and member servicing.
Requirements:
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Must be outgoing and sales-focused.
- Must love to help members through outreach and education.
- Must be available to work weekends and be flexible with a rotating schedule.
- Must have regular and predictable attendance.
- Must be willing to work outdoors year-round.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to organize and file documents.
