Job Description
Oportun is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Member Loyalty Representative in Aurora, IL. This role involves creating a rewarding member service experience by listening, helping, and connecting with people in stores and communities. The representative will educate members about Oportun’s financial services and participate in outreach activities.
Responsibilities:
- Welcoming members and providing quality service.
- Processing transactions and protecting member information.
- Working independently or in a team to exceed daily goals.
- Informing potential members about Oportun’s services through outreach efforts.
- Maintaining the store's appearance through light housekeeping.
- Using a computer for administrative tasks and member servicing.
- Traveling between designated work locations.
- Being a role model for Oportun’s Core Values.
Requirements:
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Must be outgoing and sales-focused.
- Must enjoy helping members through outreach and education.
- Must be available to work weekends and have a flexible schedule.
- Must have regular and predictable attendance.
- Must be willing to work outdoors year-round.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to organize and file documents.
