Job Description

Oportun is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Member Loyalty Representative to deliver a rewarding member service experience. The representative will process transactions, educate members, and conduct outreach activities in the community. This role involves building relationships with local businesses, participating in community events, and assisting potential members with applications.Responsibilities:

• Welcome members and provide quality service.
• Process transactions following company policies.
• Inform and educate potential members about Oportun’s services through outreach efforts.
• Maintain the store's appearance.

Requirements:

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Outgoing and sales-focused.
• Available to work weekends and flexible hours.
• Willing to work outdoors.
• Basic computer skills.
